Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

No Refund Policy

DashimCrafts follows a No Refund Policy. Once an order has been placed and delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
